As a Federation we prioritise the wellbeing of our staff team and work hard to ensure that our staff feel valued and respected. We support staff at all levels to grow in their role and facilitate career development through a variety of CPD opportunities, including NPQ, EYITT, HLTA and ELSA qualifications amongst many others.
